You will drop into a state of deep relaxation, which can be experienced in the body in different ways… heaviness, lightness, a deep sense of presence, a feeling of detachment, vibrating, or you may become completely unaware of your body altogether. There is no one way or right way of experiencing it.
You remain conscious the whole time.
Many people don’t realise they were in hypnosis until after they open their eyes at the end of the session.
No. You will be awake and conscious throughout the session. And you are fully able to function at all times, so you remain able to speak, move around in your seat/bed, drink water etc.
No. You are in control throughout the session.
Your mind shows you the scenes, beliefs, ideas that you need to be aware of in order to make change happen for yourself.
If at any time you feel uncomfortable you can simply open your eyes and bring yourself back to the room and full awareness.
No. Hypnosis requires both active consent and active cooperation from the client. I cannot make you do anything against your will.
You are in control at all times and can choose to stop the session at any time by simply opening your eyes.
Yes. You will remember the session in the same way as any other conversation you have.
Just like in everyday life there may be details that you remember more clearly than others.
Yes. Hypnosis is a natural state of inward focus. You will naturally drop into alpha brain waves, the waves you shift to before sleep, and will be highly aware and suggestible.
You will only accept suggestions that you agree with and are beneficial to you.
It is similar to the experience of a flow state. Like being totally absorbed while watching a movie. This heightened state of focus gives your mind more control – not less.
Yes. Anyone and everyone can be hypnotised, as it is simply a state of deep relaxation.
Some people might find it harder than others to allow themselves to drop into relaxation. That is perfectly normal and natural. I work at your pace, following your verbal and non verbal cues, addressing whatever comes up.
I tell all my clients that resistence of any kind that comes up is a vital part of the session… it’s a clue for your mind that this resistence itself needs to be explored. In fact it’s one of my favourite things to work with as it sheds light on a core belief that might not be obvious to the conscious mind.
Be it resistence to relaxation, resistence to experiencing a scene, resistence to exploring an emotion or belief… whatever the resistence is, whenever it comes up, it has a place and a space in the session… it plays a vital role that we will explore together.
There are certain pre-existing conditions that clients may have that mean Hypnosis isn’t advised. See the Contra Indications question below for more detail.

Clients with a history of Complex PTSD and recent loss (grief & trauma) should contact me directly to discuss their circumstances and needs. In some cases I may recommend help from practitioners who specialise in certain topics and issues
Each session is 2 hours long and you will typically be under hypnosis for 90 minutes.

Yes. It is essential that you commit to listening to the recording for at least 21 days after the session.
The sessions enables you to make a shift within your system, releasing limiting beliefs you may have held for a lifetime.
The recording is designed to ensure that shift is permanent, by wiring in and firing in new, powerful, beneficial beliefs.
If for any reason you feel like you do not have time to listen to the recording, please consider deferring the session until you do have the time to commit to listening to it at least once a day.
Recordings are generally between 12 and 20 minutes long.
Are you wondering what type of session to book?
I would recommend to all clients to sign up for Hypno Alchemy, unless they very specifically only want Hypnotherapy, with no Energy Work.
I am an Intuitive and an Energy Healer at heart. I use Hypnotherapy as a means to enhance the Energy Work I do.
Online sessions and In Person sessions yield the same results. I do not need to be in the same room as you to do either energy work or Hypnotherapy.
In fact, the majority of sessions with me are conducted on Zoom.
The benefit of online, rather than in person, is you get to make yourself comfortable in your own space and don’t have to rush off anywhere at the end of the session.
I am trained in Astrology and love the added depth it gives to my understanding of my clients.
While I do not have time to do an Astrological Reading in our session, having precise birth information does give me a valuable insight into your ‘design’ and astrological blueprint.
For those clients who are interested and comfortable to share birth information, I do love to look at charts briefly before the session.
In some cases I also look at Human Design charts, though this is on a more basic level, as I am not a trained HD Reader.
Sharing your birth data is optional. No pressure if you do not feel comfortable sharing this information!
No 2 people are alike and no 2 sessions are alike.
Expect to need to rest after our time together. These sessions bring about significant shifts so please bear this in mind when you book your slot.
It is essential you have at least a few days after the session where you have few demands on your time and energy.

As mentioned above, no 2 sessions are alike, and some people feel so energised they feel like going out to celebrate. But, as many others need space and time to integrate the shifts, I recommend being prepared for needing time and rest. This will ensure you make the most out of your session and your investment.
These sessions are designed to bring about substantial transformation in your life. The transformation that you have been building up to for a long time. The transformation you know you are ready for.
This includes changes in subconscious and conscious patterns, energetic patterns and the creation of new neural pathways. That is a huge shift! A shift the may be experienced much like a physical detox or juice cleanse.
So expect to feel tired after the session for at least 72 hours. And to need rest and relaxation in the weeks that follow.
